University church of Christ - "God's Family for families and students"

We extend a cordial greeting to you. University church of Christ is strategically located on the edge of the ULM (University of Louisiana at Monroe) campus. We believe God wants us to take an active role in reaching out to students in a one-on-one fashion as well as in a group setting.

Announcements

MEN'S RETREAT
All men are invited to a special weekend retreat October 12—13 at Seeker Springs. There is a sign-up sheet in the foyer. Supper will be at 6:30 PM, Friday. Breakfast (Richard Paylor, chef) at 8 AM. Don Delukie will be our guest speaker. Activites will conclude at 2 pm Saturday.

FOOD BANK
Our Food Bank distribution is held at 9 AM on the 3^rd Saturday of each month. The next distribution will be October 20. All members are encouraged to attend and help with this project.

PRAYER CLASS
Prayer Class meets every Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM. Put your prayer requests on your attendance card.

LADIES' SHOPPING TRIP
The ladies' are planning a trip to the Louisiana Boardwalk in Bossier City to do Christmas Shopping. The dates are Nov. 9 - 11. They will be staying at the Fairfield Manor B&B in Shreveport. See Anne Paylor for more details.
